Ok.. Where do I start? Well my name is Jacque, I'm 29 years old around 230lbs... I really need to loose weight.. I know they healthy way.. but don't do it.. I have a million excuses.. I need to loose weight before my weight kills me.. 

A while ago, I tried several weight loss pills but barely lost any weight and experienced severe side effects—nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, diarrhea. 

A check-up showed my heart rate had increased!

I’ve had enough! Looking for a safe, effective, healthy weight loss method.

I don’t want to diet or exercise—just want healthy weight loss.

Can any doctor suggest a healthy weight loss method?

I’m Jessie. I used to weigh almost 338 pounds, and over the years, I suffered from various health issues caused by obesity.
